The Challenge
internetcomputer.org had grown organically for too long. With over 800 pages, no coherent design system, and a navigation experience full of dead ends and confusing UX loops, the site had become more of a liability than an asset. It was becoming increasingly difficult for the business to scale and maintain, or for users to find what they were actually looking for.
The Solution
Rather than designing pages in isolation, we built a system. A library of modular React components — each with configurable variants — meant any new page or section could be assembled quickly, consistently, and without reinventing the wheel.
The Result
Faster builds. Greater consistency. Less dependency on design for every change. The component library gave the team back time and confidence — turning what was once a fragile, sprawling site into something they could actually build on.
