The Challenge

When I joined the Blip Blip project it was about halfway through the process, there was already a fairly polished product, yet I was ask to refresh and adapt the visual design from a very skeuomorphic heavy style to something more minimal.

The Solution

I developed a style that didn’t completely abandon depth and texture, but leant more into pixel-art. 

 Working closely with the lead developer and product owner Manesh Mistry over two months we refined the interactions and game mechanics.

The Result

A unique take on the puzzle game genre, and still holds a 4.3 rating on the AppStore after twelve years. Available for iOS and Android.
